This is a SCAM that has been on the news & per AARP. When they ask if you can hear & you say YES, they hang up. This is followed by products delivered to you with a bill that you are responsible because you said YES & they only recorded that & used for their own purpose. Obviously some folks will pay it to keep from having a hassle. Best thing to do is never to answer a call that is not familiar, block it & forget it. Don't call them back & hit any number to leave a message - you are trapped again. Beware! Crooks calling all of the time now.
