I recieved a call from someone named Mary wanting to talk to one of our employees. I ask what business she was with and where she was calling from and she said United Federal Investigation Authority out of South Carolina. I have explained to these people that we are tired of them calling our business and have ask them to remove our number from their call list. I called this number back and a guy answered and when I ask for his name he said it was Chris Owens. I let him know that we have turned in these numbers to the Att.Generals office and then he hung up on me. We want these to stop.
Dont let them pull you in, they call from many different numbers and they all have an Indian Accent. They will call and leave a message stating they are from the financial crime devision sometimes they will even say they are an officer to get yout to call them back. Everytime they call my caller id shows a totally different number. This time Jack Thompson was the supposive name he left leaving the 336-308-4124 number but on my caller id it showed a 415-880-5599 number with no name listed. One time I actually called back and asked to speak to the officer her left me the message and they denied they ever called themselves that but I have the voicemails saved to proove it. I explained to him that he is violating every article of the FDCPA and that if he doesnt stop calling me I will report him to the Att General. I asked him what the bill was for and who it was from and he couldnt anwer not one question I had for him. I told him if I owe such a bill and you have my information then mail it to me in writing and I would be glad to discuss further. I didn't give him my address I told him if he has it to mail it and of coarse I have not yet to receive anything from him.
Yeah haven't you ever heard harassment is illegal especially when we tell you on a recorded line to stop calling us if you have no proof and you still do. Hello havent you ever heard of FDCPA.
For your kind information we are having each & every minute legid proofs against the defaulters like you but the cases when comes to us r already being worsen. So for that reason we can't send the defaulter anything by mail/e-mail as we have already done it earlier!!! And don't try to teach us law what u r doing is good(taking the money & running away) and what we are doing is harresment to you all. Because of your worse behaviour & attitudes we are forced to do so.
