I got this call but the phone didn't let the phone ring on complete ring. So I called right back and got this recording.

Hi this is Lisa with Rebate Rewards. You recently visited one of our affiliated websites and in appreciation we'd like to give you a $100 rebate card redeemable at popular stores. Press 1 to receive your reward card or press 2 to be added to our Do Not Call list. Immediately after I hung up after listening to that recording I got a call from a number in North Dakota. I don't know anyone in North Dakota so I didn't answer that call. Probably a bill collector or scam
