Answered and got a recording saying "hello this is Sarah" then I hung up.

Credit Card Services (Lowering your credit rates/Monitoring your Credit Card activity/There is nothing wrong with your card but...and etc), but actually these scammers phishing for your real credit card numbers and your personal information! Beware number 1-336-454-4386 are SCAMMERS!

Received a call from 336-454-4386 (High Point, NC) on 12/02/2016 to my work cell phone - dd not leave a voice mail.

I found out this number is a landline belonging to North State Telephone Co.
