Green tree scum  was told not to call cell, do it anyway. Start calling when payment is only hours behind. How do they get away with this?

First, how did they get your cell number?  Did you give it to them?  Then you have given them explicit permission to call it.  Is it your only contact number?  They they are allowed to call it.  Did you tell them in writing sent by certified, return receipt mail not to call that number?  Verbal is not good enough, nor is e mail.
