I've gotten calls like this on my cell phone several times, usually from different numbers. This time, though, I got it at work. I'm on the Do Not Call registry and I still get them. And you can't report them if you don't know the company name or location, or something like that.
Some recording in Spanish, received this morning. I get a lot of "wrong numbers" from non-English speaking people since switching to this phone number, though.
