This guy "Chris Jackson" called to set up a plumbing service call but since i am familiar with my area so well I looked up this area on the computer and found it was not an actual address. then I googled the phone number (336-508-4683) and found all of your helpfull input. thank you for your postings.This guy is a loser and I hope he gets what he deserves.
I own and operate a carpet cleaning business in Indianapolis and have been personally contacted by this guy on two occasions, and once, indirectly, through a window cleaning company I do sub-contracted jobs for. The window cleaning company is under new ownership. Both the new and old owners have been contacted by him. One of my best friends owns a carpet cleaning company here in Indy as well, and he has been contacted too. All of us have been run around on a wild goose chase to the same address in Turtle Creek apartments. These events have spanned over the last year and a half or so.
Today I got fed up with it (today I found out how he nailed the window cleaning company's new owners) so I signed up for the $.99 two day trial at intelius.com. I searched this moron's number, 336-508-4683, and found the account holder to be a Janet Opoku in North Carolina. This adds up because his area code is also from NC. So I googled "Janet Opoku NC" and very quickly got her home address and phone number on White Pages.
I called the home number and a man with an accent answered (I'm assuming African based on the name Opoku). I explained that someone associated with his household and/or Janet Opoku is severely running service contractors around with fake appointments. He denied any knowledge of this and he also denied knowing anything about the 508-4683 number.
A half hour later the same guy called back and wanted more info. He wanted to know how I got the 508-4683 number, what exactly was being said during contact, and when these fake appointments have been set up. After explaining things in detail I asked again about the phone number in question and he admitted it is indeed his son's. I three times clarified this with him, repeating the number to be absolutely sure we were both understanding each other.
The man was audibly upset and was trying to present theories that could explain the extreme A-holeness being doled out by his punk kid. He said "Well he recently got an apartment. Maybe the calls and appointments were for real." I asked if his son has ever lived in Indy or Chicago and he said "No". I told him his son is doing this on purpose in many different states, and that he has pissed people off all over the country. I told him to see for himself and to google the little prick's phone number. He thanked me for letting him know what has been going on and we ended the conversation.
Another half hour later, he called again, asking how to google his son's phone number. I walked him through it over the phone. He began to understand how big of a deal this is when he saw all the listings complaining about this little punk and his games. The man was obviously upset and I feel strongly that he's going to work his worthless spawn over with the fury of a meth head trying to open bubble packs of Sudafed. I will say the man was very polite and gracious during each of our conversations.
In the mean time, I have been calling and texting this simian-grade piece of trash alllllllll day. I've filled his voicemail box up once. It has since been emptied and I'm in the process of filling it up again. In addition, this story has been posted on a carpet cleaning forum and the members there are vowing to blow this turd-gobbling degenerate's phone up. Those guys are mostly owner/operators and they have no patience for little goons like this and their games even if it hasn't affected them personally. They won't tolerate stuff like this just on principle.
So if it makes any of you feel better the ball has been started rolling on making this loser's life miserable, and after several fake Craigslist ads for free sensual massages have been posted all over the country with his phone number, he'll probably have to ditch it and get a new one. Rest assured I have personally accepted the responsibility for this noble undertaking, and I will not rest, quit, or forget. This will be going on for years. He's screwed.
(Just want to be clear than in no way, shape, or form am I suggesting or condoning any actions against this poop-sucking crotch sniffer. If you decide to mess with him you're on your own. Nor am I implying any sort of physical threats, violence, sabotage, hacking or anything else.)
this number called my company for home repair services and set up an appointment. He does not live there, and does this all the time for food delivery and all types of repair services to the extent that the management company has a notice in the front hallway. Don't bother going to this location.
He tried it again here in Chicago. Calling for computer service to a vacant unit. The building management even noted that this non-resident has done this multiple times in the past with their address.
If you receive a slurred/incoherent call from "Erik/Eric Smith" requesting goods/services from this number, just regard it as a prank.
336-508-4683 is a Cingular mobile number listed somewhere in the Greensboro,GA area. Anyone who may know this guy, please get him some help... under a train.
