Unrelated... if you get a call listed 'unavailable' with no phone number, just 'out of area' message, it's the Public Policy Polling asking to do a political survey. Getting these calls multiple times a day which cannot be blocked.
You should never try to call back a number that you don't know. I did once and they forwarded it out of the country and I got billed for it. I thought I was calling in the state I am in. If it is important they will leave a message.
Caller ID listed this number as "unavailable," and they left no message. A quick reverse search showed this number was tagged as a suspected scam, and when I called back on a private line, I got the "this is not a working number" recording. Added to the blocked list!

If it's a political survey they should have a working number. I'm so tired of this bull. We get this three times a week, from this number. It repeats itself on the ID. There's never anyone there (i've answered) and there's never a message.
