asked for someone that doesn't work here. told her no one by that name. asked if we were C******** industries. told her yes. then she asked for IT. Told her I wasn't sending her to IT if she didn't know the person's name. She asked for Rick C******(like the first name of our business) I guess she thought the company was named after someone, which it isn't. I told her now she was just fishing for names. Could tell it was in a call center environment.
