Called at 5:15 PM (typical time for scammers) and as soon as I saw "Opinion Counts" on the caller ID I blocked them. Don't these !%$#!@%$#@#$ jerks pay ANY attention to the Do Not Call list? I doubt they were legitimate but even if they are I wouldn't have answered the phone.
Congress needs to get serious about punishing these people. Jail terms are not too much to ask.
Call came in last night and I only answered it in an effort to NOT wake my wife up. They said it was a survey, but declared that I did not "qualify" when I told them I am NOT a Georgia Power customer. The person seemed confused and bordered on argumentative about this. No clue, but they have a place of honor in my call blocker.

I just got a call from this number saying they were doing a survey. I took the survey. But once I hung up I remembered a video I saw about people who scam you and you should never say "yes" while on the phone with them. Now I feel like a total idiot. Did I just make a huge mistake?
