Wendy- Sometimes you have to play the game. Next time they phone, ask for either a visa or mastercard. Tell him there is a $500., no-refund fee. This "puts him on the list" of salespeople you deal with. Just tell him "The Government does it when they put out contracts, so we do it too". Turn the light on in the kitchen & watch the roaches scatter.
