This guy has been calling me for years; finally got his # via *69; keeps saying things like "I am your friend" "I like you" etc. Calls repeated times in a day, then not again for a few months. I tried many times to tell him not to call again; filed police reports; nothing can be done because he doesn't threaten. Creeps me out!
