They called me on my cell phone at 8:30 am, which is a most inopportune time for me as I am busy getting ready to go to work at that time. No excuse for the rudeness, as I am in the same time zone as these bozos in NC. did not pick up the call.
While you may consider it rude, it is not illegal. The rules governing telemarketing calls permit calls from 8am to 9pm at the location of the person receiving the call.
