Same kind of call - but at the same time as scary news and calls from at least 3 other people with scary problems, and a long incoherent message from I have no idea whom, that never hung up
This number has called before but it usually comes up on the TV and I don't answer and they leave no message. Today I got caught off guard without my hearing aids and I answered someone I could not understand started talking, I said can't understand you and hung up then unplugged the phone I do not know anyone in that area code
