when I answer the phone, it's just a beeping sound

beeping sound only; rather annoying

constant calls from around 1:00 pm  till 5:00 or 5:30.

Callback results in screeching sound, no ring.

multiple calls in morning between 8:00 and 8:45, unknown caller id or says wells fargo!
when call back just get fax tone-- when you answer just a tone as well
