Well, in my situation it sometimes happens when I get international phone calls. So, in this way I either reply (push #1) or just hung up.

this is the phone number used by the privacy director service through bellsouth - when someone doesn't want to reveal their phone number this is the number that comes through and let's them say their name and gives us the option to answer it.
