My grandmother got a call from someone named Mr. Rickett asking for me and saying they have my name linked to her phone number and that i am wanted for fraud. I am at work 90 percent of the time and there is no way i can be wanted for that,. If it is ligit then why wouldn't they send something to the house. Anyway, I need this person to stop calling my grandmothers house getting her all upset thinking something is wrong. I saw this on one of the post that someone posted with the same problem. I hope by doing this, it will stop his harrasing phone calls to my grandmother.
A angry sounding man says he has a summons to to serve my on a fraud case calling me at work and on my cell # I told him if to stop calling my job and serve me if he has something.
An Angry man keeps calling he even called my HR director and told her that I had commit some fraud and that I better get back with him or he would send the authorities to my place of employment. When asked who he was he stated that his name was Mr. Rickett with LLA and that I "better" call him ASAP or he will proceed with calling the authorities. Alll I have to say if you got something on me serve me, but don't call and harrass me at work every day. I need to find out who they actullay are, so I can file a sue againts them. It is AGAINTS THE LAW TO HARRASS SOMEONE AT WORK.
The person committing fraud (or *attempting* to commit fraud, to be precise) is this "angry man". He's trying to intimidate you into paying money you don't owe (trying to endanger your job by calling your employer is a classic tactic to these people). Unfortunately he's probably located somewhere overseas and pretty much immune to your law enforcement agencies.
