Got a call from a Victor. These guys are a joke. They break alot of laws when thet call you and use virbage that is deemed illegal by the collections act (FCPA.) They use "legal" tactics to get you to pay on something that really you dont have to pay back. Payday loans are illegal to collect in almost ALL STATES in the United States especially Texas and North Carolina. The consumer has the right to receive money in their account from anyone. But the truth is the creditor loses in these situations because its illegal for them to deposit money into your account with intention to collect it back However these people at NCA are trained professional Shakers/Use scare tactics, and will go all out to get you to pay. they are bullies who make an honest living out of actual debts. Only problem is the debt they are collecting on is illegal to collect. They cannot obtain a judgements, serve you, or seek litigation on these type of loans, and they know this. And if they did have the right, it costs too much to do. They'd be 2000.00 in the hole on a 300.00 loan? I dont think so.
They call you states: Cease and desist on a recorded line. If they call again. You can sue for 1000.00 per extra call.
