Constant calls from this number, no idea who this is....I don't know anyone in Greensboro, NC.  Who is this please?

This number comes up more often, just rings and rings. Pain in the *****.

Says calling from diabetes association.  4 calls this morning and each time I say no one in my family has diabetes and please remove my number.  Each said they would.  Just now getting 5th call.

Don't who this is, but this morning they called my home phone (unlisted) and cell phone (unlisted) at the same time.  Both of my numbers are on the National and NC Do Not Call lists.
