Didn't pick up as it was an unknown number to me.... purported to be a North Carolina call

Didn't recoginize the number... let it go to voice mail... they did not leave a message.

call from this number and no company name

I received a call from this number after 9 at night.  There was no one there.  It did not hang up for 10 seconds.

Didn't leave a message, but I heard a lot of people in the background. Like it was some party and somebody pocket-dialed your phone. The conversations were unintelligible, but it was kind of weird.
