I called it back and the lady was very helpful, I explained that the cell number she had was a business phone and she restricted that number. She guaranteed me that they would not be calling it again. She also split my payments into 2 payments so it was easier for me to pay. I was very happy with the customer service!!
They will stop calling as soon as you make a payment to them for a credit card they are collecting on. You can set up payment arrangements with them easily (the reps I have spoken to have been helpful thus far, but i haven't been dodging them too much). If you dont make the payments on your arrangements, the calls will start again. I forgot to pay this month and they have called about 4 times already today. They are ruthless though, the started calling my little old grandma to get ahold of me! That bugs me, but until I pay them they have a right to do it. Too darn bad.
