Who called from 3369036776

Calls constantly - leaves no message - think if it was important they would leave a voice mail

I have no clue who is calling from this number. I have received several calls to my cell phone but no one responds when I answer and when pushed to voice mail they don't leave a message either. I don't understand how my cell number has gotten out since I don't give it to just anyone. Wish the calls would stop. It is annoying and frustrating.
