I have been contacted multiple times by this phone number about an account that has been closed, with a zero balance since 2009. I have provided documentation that proves there is no account for them to be collecting on and still get calls constantly. I have tried every avenue I can think of (including going to the credit bureau, but the account doesn't exist with them, so they can do nothing) and I get nowhere. I am incredibly infuriated and frustrated beyond description!!
Got a call from Marshall Jones asked for their phone number and was given a non working number. Did star 69 and got the real number. Numbers are not even close so I know I did not write the number down incorrectly
