Called the office and got dead air and a chopped mechanical sound effect that sounded like a "DERP" noise. It's a busy office so no one has time to play "patty cake" with these fools. I hung up and went about my business before remembering that whether it's a "junk call" or not it is to be LOGGED INTO our call log so we can all at least get a FLAG come up and not put these fools through!
Came up as Greensboro NC which is the same city that the company I work for is located. So I opted to use CALLER ID and call it back so I could at least get an auto system with a name (because you just can't seem to get a live body nowadays when dealing with these PARASITES A.K.A TELEMARKETERS) and instead got the following automated message:
"Good Morning! If you received a call from us we will most likely be reaching out to you within the next couple of days! But if you believe this call was in error.....PLEASE PRESS 5!" Trust and believe that I PRESSED 5 because they are being sneaky without an official company name or number and have the AUDACITY to try to SOLICIT BUSINESS FROM US!!! NO WAY! Even if they call back they are flag in our computerized call log in system & caller ID. SO EVERY EMPLOYEE WILL BLOCK THEM & SHUT THEM DOWN!!! DERP THAT!! :(
