This appears to be a scam.
These people seem to be dialing for dollars.
They call and say "Are you the b*t*h that hit my car????

I think they are looking for the person who happened to be in a fender bender so they can extort money out of them.

They are dialing every number in the 336-746-xxxx range.

They are also calling from 336-991-4679.
