I called back and a Indian guy answered as the IRS. I ask for the case number and he gave me #CR536. Then I ask him what was the last 4 of my SSN he had on file, thats when he gave me his ID number I said no I ask you what was my SSN then the phone went blank then he hung up.
Robo caller - Said this was the US Treasury calling in an attempt to resolve an issue with a Federal Tax Issue. If I don't handle the issue I could be arrested and charges could be brought against me by the magistrate court.
I called back and an Indian guy answered as the IRS. He asked me for my phone number where I received the call. He confirmed my correct name. He said his name is Richard Brown, a department of an audit and found miscalculations on my tax filings, not paid the correct amount.
He said a random audit was conducted and I under paid $2,200 and I was being fined $9,800. I asked by whom I was being fined by (understanding it is probably not really the IRS and trying to getting him to admit it was his company charging the fee). He didn't answer.
Then, I asked for the Case number, which he had. He offered a fake badge number twice G121486.
He then said I would be picked up by Federal Marshalls within 45 minutes!!! Then, I would need to pay the past due fines within 24 hours to get out of jail!!! AND it would take 6 months to get out of jail and I could lose everything. BUT they can help me avoid all of this.
I again asked for the jurisdiction, he hung up.
Called back, got the same guy, with a different name. Asked to be placed on the do not call list. He hung up.
Called back, got the same guy and asked him to confirm what number was on the do not call list. He hung up.

I've received the voice mail 2 times on 5/18 10:40 and 1:28PM. It says that US Treasury calling in an attempt to resolve an issue with a Federal Tax Issue.
Just got this call and a woman who sounded British left a voicemail. Said I needed to call this number before charges were brought against me. Did not specify what charges or by whom or even who they were. This number was the call back number.
I also have received this phone call twice today, May 18 2017, w/ a British woman voice saying it is the US Treasury and I need to call back because I am in trouble w/ them...
