These [***] are so stupid to think they could fool anyone. Calls like this are the #1 reason people are removing their home phone from their residence. I would think the phone companies would do something to eliminate this  due to reduction in revenue from loss of home phone service. I know our Big Government does not give a crap about these calls as they always put these numbers on the no call list. What they do not ub derstand is these numbers change fastest than you can put them on the list. Our home phone is on the removal list as we speak...
