Just got another call regarding tech support from Microsoft, this time calling from 337-386-0307. This call came a hour an hour after the other one came in from 253-973-4996 claiming the same thing. This is obviously a scam. They try to get you to go on your computer! Don't trust them because they are probably going to have you do something that unbeknown to you, will give them access to your computer so they can access your bank accts etc.
