Capitol One needs to be reported to the BBB or someone that can do something to them. My payment due on the 25th, already scheduled (done on the 24th) to come out on Oct. 2....7 days. They haave been calling me for 3 days. I won't answer...they call from about 3 or 4 different numbers. I have e-mailed their c/s dept. to tell them about my scheduled payment, which they should know about since it is in the system. I will not answer my phone and waste my cell minutes on calls that are completely un-warranted. Here are 3 numbers they call from 337-393-6109, 972-378-4101, 404-496-5462.
I have a "Privacy Corps caller ID manager" and it blocks all numbers you program into it. You can also block ALL numbers from just a prefix.
No 800,866,888, etc... get through mine !!
All it does is prevent your phone from ringing. Works great.
