Do not answer anything from thus number..they are part of the request for leave scam that is going on for soldiers in Afghanistan.   This person is claiming to be out of Washington DC.  The soldier wants you to request leave for them and when you do then they want you to send money to pay for that leave.   When you don't then all the threatening messages come in.    BEWARE
