ok got another one today.  This is a scam in my own hometown in Vernon Parish Louisiana.  The number is real and a real person answers the phone when called back by me.  Name George Banks?  I think.  He wants to enter or send me a mega million $$$ check....now get this from attorney general!  Yep that's right.  He works for morgan stanley int'l. ??? And he sort of skimmed over publishers clearing house.  Could not or would not provide any info on how he got my name and number.  I hung up on him.....he called back to ask why did you hang up on me!  hahaha  scammer.....but not very good.  Oh and he is hard to understand.
