Claims to be ACS student loan servicing company. I looked up that company but they are out of state, don't have any local offices, and do loan servicing not collections. I don't have student loans nor do I have student loans that need consolidation. She never asked for anyone just started saying I owed federal student loans.  I asked her who the original creditor would have been, she didn't know. She never even tried asking me who I was!!! Scam
