Caller ID shows only phone number and that it's from Louisiana. Automated message was left in voicemail about the IRS filing a lawsuit against me. Scam.
Recorded message stating the IRS was going to start a lawsuit against me (Didn't actually say a name, or id or reference #). I'm guessing once you call back they ask your name and that way acquire that information to make their scam seem legitimate. DON'T FALL FOR IT! DON'T GIVE NAME OR ANY INFORMATION. If THEY called YOU then THEY should be the ones to prove they are legitimate.
Same as the others - automated recording left a voicemail requesting a call back before the IRS filed a lawsuit. I'm guessing it's a scam to get your SSN if you actually return the call. Reported the call/number as a scam to the IRS.
