Got a call from this number saying changes were being made to my account. They claim trried sending certified letters to my address but failed to receive my signature. Message cut off before he left a number. Sounds like a scam or possible collection agency trying to scare me into calling them. No name or company left

I am tired of this number calling me talking about changes to my account and they've tried sending certified letters to me. This number calls me multiple times a day and I want it to stop. They are even calling my work number. This is harassment! They call from different numbers too, so they are ruthless, whoever they are.
My elderly aunt keeps receiving multiple phone calls that someone is coming to her house with the police to check out her house. This has her upset. This needs to stop.
