Called my cell number with a Car Insurance solicitation.
Not appreciated in the least and like a dummy, I punched 3 as directed to be removed from their list.
I most probably just confirmed that I am a real target for their future abusive sales schemes.
Called my cell phone just now--no one has this number except a few family members, so I figured it's computer generated. From the notes, I assume this is a scam. I never answer calls from numbers I don't recognize, whether home phone or cell.
Received a call from 337-465-4736. As I do not answer UNKNOWN calls, I let it go to vm. No msg left. This number is calling my personal, private cell # and I am on the National "Do NOT" Call List, too. I looked up the number and it does list as originating from New Iberia. I will be reporting this number immediately.
Received a call from 337-465-4736.on my cell I answered it because I live in New Iberia. It was a recording about insurance. I pressed the 3 option to not be called again we'll see.
