This person is a debt collector working on behalf of Capital One Bank.

Repeated unwanted calls

I get this number several times a day sometimes back to back they never leave a message.

Received several calls from this number, with no message being left. I noticed a previous message on this site that said it was a debt collector working on behalf of Capital One Bank. Problem with this is that I don't have (nor have I ever had) an account with this bank.
