An Indian guy called and told my wife we had to pay $229 to unsubscribe from iYogi. When I took the phone and asked where he was, he said "Chicago". Why does he call from a Louisiana area code then? I told him he wasn't in Chicago, he was in Bangalore. That really got him upset. I eventually hung up on him. He called back and left a message, "Please Mr. Richardson this urgent please call back on the number 1-800-765-2408!!! Ve have noticed that hackers are active on your netvork and that is vy this call is very urgent!!!" Completely hilarious, since my name is not Richardson, and the accent fulfilled the stereotype of the Bangalore tech support scammer.
