Six calles from this number this week.  Woke me up here in CA on a Sunday morning with 4 calls in a row.  Unresponsive babbling, mostly.  Is this person mentally ill?  Why do they have access to a telephone??

It is a lady singing and there is music in the background. When you say hello they do not respond. It is a recording.

same lady singing as others had southern accent talking about southeners and rednecks

Lady calls repeatedly complaining about FEMA making things worse after Katrina.  She claims to be 7 years old and is very hard to understand.

Please do something to stop this type of harassement.
