They just called me again since June 23. Said they were from some vegetation website and got my request for applying for a college. It doesn't seem as much as a prank call like the last one I got. Last time I heard laughter in the background.

The number was left on my cell phone when I was away from it but no message left for me to pick up. I'm also on the no call list so no reason for a company to be calling me. I looked this number up to see who it belonged to when I came across this reporting site. I tried calling the number back and it was busy. I've been receiving calls from some sort of collection company recently trying to reach someone who had this number before me apparently and I'm wondering if this is one of that companies numbers. It seems like I can tell them until I'm blue in the face that I'm not sandy, connie, cindy or whoever the heck it is they are looking for and they just don't get it, not even when I give them my REAL name... Got a call this morning from this number on my cell and after extensive research online found and calling them back they are "The Education Authority." Seems after my research they are a Telemarketer contracted by the above name to phone hunt individuals mostly on that "Do not call" list. Here is how you get your revenge. When they call - do not answer. Instead, wait tell the automated caller hangs up. Then call THEM back! Keep calling every 5-10 min. When someone answers. Hang up. If everyone does this it will flood there automated calling system and lock it up preventing them from using or making calls. It is just that simple...
