Reporting the scammers calling homes of members of law enforcement & try to hit them up for donations under the guise of "helping a fellow fallen officer with a donation...a one time donation or a monthly..." The thing is these scum suckers called an unlisted/non-published/private number they retrieved from some scum sucker who sold them an old list or retrieved public info from a listing of registers voters & their occupations (and yes, since voting records are public, they can access this info) but most of the "charities" popping up after an officer was slain in the line of duty, these people should be ashamed of themselves. Do they not realize that it's a "Blue Band of Brothers/Sisters" & when one falls, they all feel the pain?!
Never answer answer yes to any cold call. Always respond with something like who's calling? By answering yes, you have no idea what you just agreed to.
