Kept getting these telemarketing type of calls from this number. I am in law enforcement, and know that my number is un-published, just like my property taxes and vehicle registration is in my state.
Turns out, this guy is somem small time, ambulance chasing attorney from a town I have never heard of:

From I have been told, he has put my name on some very slanderous reports on a family in Oregon, that I have never even seen, and I don't even know. These reports are fakes, and I have given my statement to the FBI.
He got me into trouble too. He hired me to spy on tenants in an apartment complex I worked at in 1998. I was fired in 1999. I ended up on welfare, selling cell phones for Sprint commission only at a Fred Meyers store. Then I got a audited for un reported income-- he paid me thousands of dollars to spy on the tenants and do things for him against them, and my rent at the same complex these tenants lived at for a year after I was fired. He owes me money. Kip and Alex never paid me as promised.
