have had three calls from this number and its only 6.30am. I answered it twice but as with most of the people on here the line was dead. I wont be answering it again!
Spare a thought for the poor people who actually have this as a real number after the dialing code. I'm one of them and I get scores of phone calls asking me why I've called them. It doesn't matter how many time I tell them I haven't phoned them they won't believe me. They demand to know who I am etc. I quickly explain and ring off. Many ring again. Some people quite rightly want to know how I managed to obtain their X directory phone number. I'm NOT sure what I can do about it?
Had two calls on my mobile but missed both. Even TPS cannot stop these fraudulent callers. It looks like a French code but is that somebody elses phone number? or is it "Penny's Dropped" number (see message above 26 Nov 2010). This is a fraud and needs reporting as French numbers are longer than this. If it is NOT "Penny's Dropped" number then he/she should be very worried someone has their phone number as this is ID theft.
