Caller ID name shows up as a yen symbol. Did not pick up. Caller did not leave message

call says it is from Pembroke ,MA  rang 3 times

339-244-7294 displayed by Caller ID as WALKER CLAY INC and has been calling at least twice a day for the past week during the afternoon and not leaving a message.  VERY annoying.

Call everyday, sometimes twice a day.  Ring 3 times.  I never answer.

This is a guy who is selling roofs and/or roof inspections.   I have said I was not interested and he should put me on his no-call list. .He continues to call, 2  to 3 times a day...today it was 4 times!. Business must be slow.  Now I just pick up the phone and hang it up so at least he has to pay for the call. This has been going on for 2 weeks at least.
