Called cell. I didn't answer. No voicemail.

Call the number back - it will tell you to press 9 to be added to their do not call list!

No Caller ID name, no voicemail. Rejected and blocked.

We got a call from this number today at 11:46 am and didn't answer. The caller ID was LINCOLN MA. No voicemail message was left. When I called back (our number is hidden by default on outgoing messages) I heard a recording which said "Preass 9 to be put on the do not call list." The number will be added to our call blocker. I highly recommend such a device to avoid these nuisances.
