got a call, pushed 1...asked who they were...girl rudely talked over me and said she is taking my number off the list...read my # out loud...didnt even pay attention to what i was saying so she is used to it...
fact is...when they use the word free...the consumer has every right to expect free...not a monthly charge for a service...this is federal law...they cannot use the term free and tie in a monthly fee...
they dont get it...ignorantly playing games fro minimum wage on the phone...and they dont understand they are violating consumer protection laws...including the fact that they say they are with a specific company that doesnt exist...
don't know who or why it's a irritant having them calling I think it might be a telemarketer I hate those calls it should be totally illigal with out everyone having to call and remove your no. or reporting them to have them blocked. We should be able to sue for annoyance calls
Left vm stating that i can get a ADT alarm systm installed for free, I just have to pay the monthly maitenance fee. I don't want an alarm. Very annoying call. Kept stating to "press 1 now", "press 1 now" over and over again in the vm.
they called me a minute ago and didn't say anything and I'm a job seeker so I decided to call them back just in case they were an employer whose line got dropped but a recording picked up telling me if I want to get off their call list to push one.....weird, random and very annoying....
