I am sure choosing option 2 to be taken off the call list dosen't mark your number as active or anything either and put on a list to be sold to other companies.
This number calls you on a weekend which should already be an indicator that it means no good. Serious scam tries to get you to pay $4.95 for a gift card that you will never recieve. My advice would be to ask them everything about who they are. Then report them
