Automated robodialer with prerecorded voice and responses. Probably telemarketer.

346-500-1100 calls but won't leave message, also hangs up if you do answer

B2b Support out of Houston TX 77084. Called 09/28/15 at 12:38 PM. No Message left

Connected to my voicemail, but left no message, just 8 seconds of static.

Automated "smart" message that is attempting to sell "extended vehicle coverage".  When asked random questions the line just hangs up.  It's told me it will put me on the DO NOT CALL LIST several times, but just starts calling again.
