Hi. I just got a call from the same people. Also saying about a legal matter and they gave me 855-556-2437 < this # to call. Said that the name of the business was like Q & B (that's it). I wanted to see if you had any other follow up or if you ever received any mail as they claim they were going to send?? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
I called back and they said there was a legal case against me on a chase credit card I had. which has been paid off for years now. Saying I breached their contract? But she did say I had a legal case that was pending on me.
Received multiple calls regarding 'legal action' - although he never gives his name, the law firm he represents or anything... only stating 'legal action' and attempts to 'be served' (referring to the messages he left) and I should call: 888-311-0397 (which doesn't bring up a business via phone search). FYI: My spouse works at law firm and says this is a scam... 1) to be served must be done in person, 2) reputable law firm calls would provide details on who they are and what the matter is regarding.
