Received call from random number from a guy saying officer has been to my house several times to serve me paperwork but has never reached me...When i asked what this was about he cut me off and continue to speak about how i need to call i asked again what company this is for and more info he got attitude with me and proceeded to say he only has a name and number to call i would have to call if i wanted more info..he then advised if you dont want the number then fine thats on you but i dont know what happens to you if you dont call so you make that choose...I proceeded to explain i have family in law enforcement and if i had a warrant out for my arrest of a summons i would know about it... he then said i dont care if you do or dont im just letting you know and warning you with a courtesy call...
No place of business is going to disrespect you or talk to you the way this man did... and if it is something that actually was dealing with a courthouse he would have more info to provide for the person he is calling...Not just a name and number...I believe this is a scam!!

I just got the same call today. It was exactly how Tabitha outlined it. I kept asking him what court or company he represented and he eventually hung up on me. I called the number back on *67 as a private number. Nobody answered nor did I get an message center of any kind. Bogus!
