Continued calls on cell phones, they hang up.

Called..asked for Kenneth...told them they had the wrong number then she said, oh, maybe you can help me. I hung up. SPAM.

called my mobile and asked for the head of the household

Cannot get them to stop calling.  Nobody is ever on the other end. When you call back it is just a busy signal.  Make them stop

I never answer, but I did this time and they hung up.
